Design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – Interdesign Construction Group – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. We would control the whole process from start to finish by first meeting with the project owner to discuss ideas, then preparing preliminary designs & budgets for construction, then walking them through the plan approval and permitting process, and finally managing the construction project.
